They’re submitting biodiversity surveys, removing debris from reefs and recording what they find through the Conservation Action Portal on the PADI AWARE App. Dive by dive, these individual actions are helping build the world’s largest diver-led ocean monitoring network. Because awareness is only the beginning. What the ocean needs now more is action—and that’s exactly what this week is built for.   And here’s the thing: you don’t have to be underwater to be part of it. You can get in the water and record what you see. You can help remove and report marine debris. Or you can become a monthly donor and help power the science, tools and community-led conservation that continue long after the dive ends. Each action matters. Each is part of what it means to be AWARE. AWARE Week is Local Action. Global Impact. in real time.   Want your impact to last beyond this week?   Everything behind these actions—the Conservation Action Portal, the science, the policy work and the community grants that help turn local action into lasting protection—is made possible by people who choose to keep showing up.
