EXPLORE AN ISLAND OF NATURAL ATTRACTIONS Dominica is a hiker's and nature lover's paradise. More than two-thirds of the island is covered in forests, and accessible only by footpaths. The Caribbean's longest walking trail winds its way across the island's central spine, passing through six climate zones, the homeland of the indigenous Carib people and a National Park that encompasses the world's second-largest Boiling Lake. Dominica is a beach and waterfall lover's dream, with more 360 rivers cascading from volcanic peaks, and miles of undeveloped shore.
SAVOR RICH FLAVORS FROM THE EARTH Dominica's dining scene celebrates nature's bounty. Creole, French and African influences come together in a range of traditional favorites at family-run cafes, while top chefs have tapped in an abundance of fresh local ingredients to craft vibrant and innovative sea-to-table and farm-to-table offerings.
