30 Years in Shark Conservation   This Shark Week, PADI AWARE Foundation™ is celebrating 30 years in shark conservation. Since 1992, the Foundation has helped protect 51 shark and ray species because of your support. Here are just a few species you might recognize that have been protected so far: Hammerhead Shark, Thresher Shark, Manta Ray, Blue Shark, Mako Shark, Whale Shark and Guitarfish.        LEARN MORE        Donate to Protect 100 Species   Despite all of our great work together, we have more to do. Over one-third of all shark and ray species are still threatened with extinction. Today, PADI AWARE Foundation has the opportunity to immediately fight for 54 threatened species, doubling our impact to over 100 shark and ray species total.
