Yes! Despite changes to the travel restrictions in 2019, travel to Cuba is 100% legal and easy for those with a US Passport. With the changes to Cuban travel there are now twelve categories for approved travel by OFAC and the U.S. government. Guests aboard All Star Avalon II are eligible for travel to Cuba under Humanitarian License 515.575. All Star Liveaboards is working in conjunction with Blue Sanctuary, a marine conservation group focused on helping the Cuban people through the preservation of the Gardens of the Queen marine sanctuary.
