The R-860 is the flagship in IST Sports’ Pro Line of scuba regulators. Its R-8 first stage is a balanced diaphragm design that’s available with an optional environmental kit that prevents freezing when diving in extreme cold water conditions.
The R860/5 is an extension design from the IST R-8 balanced diaphragm first stage. The first stage includes additional intermediate pressure ports (total of 5).
The R8-N first stage is an antifreeze model designed to operate in all ocean conditions. All of the internal parts are sealed from the environment so it is unable to freeze and will prevent obstruction and contamination.
